It's the second snow day in a row for Andover students.
ANDOVER, MA — Andover Public Schools will be closed Tuesday, Dec. 3. After-school and evening activities are also cancelled, the town said. It's the second snow day in a row for students, after the first snow storm of the year began Sunday. The storm, already responsible for more than 100 closings and delays to start the week, is expected to drop up to 8 more inches of snow in parts of Massachusetts.
Heavy snowing will resume Monday night. Students and parents across Massachusetts have had their eyes on school closings lists. Many schools and school districts are looking at another extension of what has become a very long weekend, with many students being dismissed early last Wednesday before Thanksgiving.
