Andover Schools Closed Monday, Town Offices Remain Open

ANDOVER, MA — Andover Public Schools will be closed Monday, Dec. 2. It's the first snow day of the school year for students. After-school and evening activities are also canceled, the town said.

Students and parents across Massachusetts have had their eyes on school closings lists Sunday. A multi-faceted storm is expected to bring more than a foot of snow in parts of the state.

According to the storm information center, town offices and school administration offices are opening at 10:00 a.m. on Dec. 2, 2019. Trash and recycling collections are expected continue as normal. Updates will be posted there. Other information, including for power outages, generator usage and downed trees is also available there.
