Belmont Man Charged with Robbery at Merrimack College

Sunday, April 14
At 12:36 a.m. Merrimack College Police asked Andover Police to assist in looking for subjects wanted for stealing a wallet from a Merrimack College student. Police arrested three individuals involved with the incident.

Police arrested Jonald E. Paul III, 20, 1 Webber Road, Belmont, Andrew D. Fulgoni, 19, of 17 Margaret Lane, Billerica, and Zachary Preston Beal, 20, of 125 Elm St., Marblehead, on Fox Hill Road.
Fulgoni was charged with trespassing and disorderly conduct, Beal was charged with carrying a firearm on school grounds and Paul was charged with assault and battery, unarmed robbery, trespassing, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

At 2:58 a.m. security at Bulfinch Drive reported a breaking and entering into a motor vehicle in the parking lot.
At 11:20 a.m. police arrested Keenan Acosta, 31, of 1410 East 7th Ave., Elizabethton, Tenn., on River Road. Acosta was charged with the unlicensed operating of a motor vehicle.
At 5:16 p.m. a caller reported a two-car crash with no injuries on Lowell Street.
Monday, April 15
At 8:38 a.m. a caller reported a two-car motor vehicle accident on Lowell Street. No injuries were reported.
At 12:54 p.m. a caller reported two large potholes on River Street. The Highway Department was notified.
At 3:28 p.m. a caller reported two males that were walking along the road on Osgood Street and one of the males had a rifle. Police caught up with the individuals and found out that the gun was an airsoft rifle. The officer transported the two juveniles home.
At 5:34 p.m. a female visitor at the Police Station reported missing jewelery on Chandler Road.
