Conservation Commission to Discuss Eagle Scout Project
Before you start your day here are five things to know.
1. ConsCom: The Conservation Commission meet at 7:45  p.m. tonight at the Town Offices, third floor conference room A. They'll be discussing an Eagle Scout Project as well as notice intents for medium size projects under the Wetlands Protections Act. Check out the agenda online.Â
2.Weather:Â Today will be sunny with a high of 70 and tonight will be clear with a low of 44.
3. Morning Book Group : Memorial Hall Library, 10:30 am., Saturday, May 18 - "Join our monthly morning book discussion group. Open to new members.Book selection:  One Day I Will Write About This Place by Binyavanga Wainaina. Find this book in the library catalog."

4.Congressman Tierney's Office Hours:Â Congressman John Tierney will be holding office hours at Memorial Hall Library today from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.Â
5. Committee Members Needed: Much of the business of town government is conducted by appointed volunteers who contribute generously of their time and effort. The Town of Andover currently has approximately 31 appointed commissions, councils, and committees with members typically serving three-year terms.
