Fire Destroys Roof of Home on Cedar Road
Fire officials are still investigating the cause of a fire that spread through the roof of a Cedar Road home in Andover Wednesday afternoon.

Andover Fire Chief Michael Mansfield said that a fire in the attic of 16 Ceder Road on Wednesday was tough to catch at one point. However, nobody was injured in the two-alarm blaze.Â
Mansfield said that two sons were home at the time, one of which heard a fire alarm and alerted the other to evacuate. Mansfield said without the fire alarms, this situation could have been much worse.Â
The cause of the fire is still under investigation but Mansfield said it appeared to have started in the roof.Â
