Missing Lowell Woman's Body Found In Merrimack River In Andover

ANDOVER, MA — A body found in the Merrimack River Tuesday was identified as a missing Lowell woman, officials said Thursday.

Kimberly Kelly-Berhauser, 56, of Lowell had been missing since January.

Andover police and EMS responded to a report of a female body on the shoreline near Ravens Bluff at 12:45 p.m. Tuesday. Police took the body to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.

The investigation is ongoing pending autopsy. Lowell police have been investigating since Jan. 18.
