Most Customers Get Power Back After Merrimack Valley Outage

ANDOVER, MA — National Grid expects to restore power to the 16 customers still without power in Andover, North Andover and Lawrence by noon on Monday. At its peak, more than 80o customers in the three communities were without power as a result of the outage, which was reported just after 9 a.m. Most of the outages were in the vicinity of Route 114 in the three municipalities.
