Police Charge Teens with Possession of Soda Bombs
Andover Police charged three teenagers this past weekend with possession of bombs made out of two-liter soda bottles.

Andover Police charged three Andover teenagers this past weekend with possession of bombs made out of two-liter soda bottles. Police found the bombs, made from soda bottles, at a soccer field on Cross Street.
Police arrested Charlie Watson, 17, of 66 Chandler Road, Michael Frio, 18, of 7 Ivanhoe Lanen and Josef Mazzuchi, 17, of 4 Penni Lane. All three were charged with throwing or placing explosives.
The three allegedly placed bombs, made from drain cleaner and 2-liter bottles, near Soccer fields on Cross Street.
