Roads Clear After Storm

Police warn drivers to be careful of snow mounds.

NORTH ANDOVER - Driving around North Andover Wednesday morning in the aftermath of Winter Storm Stella, roads appear clear.

But police warn drivers to be careful to watch for other cars turning around mounds of snow.

Meanwhile, MEMA reports Essex County was one of the hardest hit for power outages.

There are 3,169 households or 25 percent of the the town without power.

National Grid estimates most of the power will be restored by Wednesday night.
