Schneider Electric Appoints New President & CEO

ANDOVER – Schneider Electric appointed Annette Clayton as President and CEO of North America Operations.

Clayton will be based at Schneider Electric's headquarters in Andover. She will continue to serve as the group's Chief Supply Chain Officer and will remain a member of Schneider Electrics Executive Committee.

"Annette has been a transformational leader in our business," said Jean-Pascal Tricoire, Schneider Electric Chairman and CEO, in a press release. "She has led our supply chain to become one of the most efficient, safe and reliable in the world – transforming it into a strategic advantage for our business and our partners. I am excited to see her bring her leadership skills to our largest region, and one of our biggest market opportunities."

Clayton joined Schneider Electric in 2011. In her new role, she replaces Laurent Vernerey, who previously led the the company's North America region for three years.
