Some Andover Schools Will Be Released Early Tuesday
The early dismissals are meant to keep elementary school buses on schedule. We also have a running list of other cancellations.
ANDOVER, MA -- School officials said Tuesday that the town's middle schools and high school will dismiss students at 1:50 pm this afternoon. The move is designed to keep buses on schedule for the dismissal of elementary schools at 2:45 pm. All afternoon and evening activities are canceled as well.
As of Tuesday morning, the town had not yet declare a snow emergency. The region is expected to get four to eight inches of snow beginning this afternoon. Forecasters are calling for a messy afternoon commute.

- The Rec Park and Pomps Pond Master Plan Meeting scheduled for Tuesday has been moved to March 19.
- The Planning Board meeting has been scheduled.
