State Representative Participates in Andover's Earth Day Event
State Representative Frank Moran from District 17 in Essex County shows support for Andover's Earth Day Event
Earth Day 2021 in Andover, the first Earth Day event sponsored by the Department of Public Works, got off to a great start with the support of a representative from the Massachusetts State House. Representative Frank Moran, from District 17 in Essex County, leading his team "Team Moran", participated in the roadside clean-up event in Andover before heading to the other communities in his District, Methuen, and Lawrence.
Representative Moran is pictured with Andover Department of Public Works (DPW) Director Christopher Cronin at the start of the event. Also pictured is Representative Moran’s with his team, and representatives from the DPW organizing the event.
Mr. Cronin noted “It is great to see so many families, school/scout groups, and neighborhood teams from Andover coming out to participate in this event. Representative Moran bringing his team here to Andover is an inspiration to us all to work towards keeping our communities clean. Litter is a problem everywhere but if we all do our small part every day, we can make a difference.”
