Tewksbury Street Bridge In Andover Will Be Closed During Day
MassDOT says the sidewalk over the bridge will remain open during next week's closures.

ANDOVER, MA -- The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) has announced that the Tewksbury Street Bridge over the Pan Am Railroad in Andover will be closed to all vehicular traffic during daytime hours from Tuesday, Feb. 19 and Wednesday, Feb. 20. The sidewalk across the bridge will remain open for pedestrians and bicyclists.
Electronic message boards will be in place to notify drivers of the closures and the need to seek alternate routes. For more information on traffic conditions:
- Dial 511 before heading out onto the roadways and select a route to hear real-time conditions.
- Visit www.mass511.com, a website which provides real-time traffic and incident advisory information, access to traffic cameras, and allows users to subscribe to text and email alerts for traffic conditions.
- Follow MassDOT on Twitter @MassDOT to receive regular updates on road and traffic conditions.
- Download MassDOT's GoTime mobile app and view real-time traffic conditions before setting out on the road.
