Tewksbury Street Bridge Set To Reopen Friday
The bridge, on a key route between Tewksbury and Andover, has been closed since August.

From MassDOT: The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) has announced that the Tewksbury Street Bridge over the Pan Am Railroad in Andover will reopen to traffic at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, November 9, 2018.
The west side travel lane of the bridge will remain closed leaving only a single lane open on the bridge. Alternating one way traffic will be controlled using portable traffic signals.
With the reopening of the bridge, all major work activities associated with the bridge repairs will be substantially complete. The contractor will continue to work on minor punch list items through the end of November.
MassDOT encourages the public to be mindful of potential traffic impacts. Those traveling through the area should reduce speed and use caution.
