Town Of Andover: Select Board Seeking Candidates For Zoning Board Of Appeals

The Town of Andover Select Board is seeking interested candidates to serve on the Zoning Board of Appeals.  The Zoning Board of Appeals issues special permits, grants variances and comprehensive permits, and hears appeals from decisions of the Building Commissioner under the authority of M.G.L. Chapters 40A and 40B, as well as the Andover Zoning Bylaw. 

The Zoning Board of Appeals meets monthly, typically the first Thursday of the month at 6:30 p.m.

Interested residents should fill out and submit a Talent Bank Form at www.andoverma.gov/volunteer by 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 6th.  It is expected that a subcommittee of the Select Board will interview interested candidates the week of July 12th.
