"Traffic is backing up quickly," according to reports.
ANDOVER, MA -- The tough day on Interstate 93 north of Boston continues. There was a report of an accident in the median on the northbound sound of Interstate 93 just before Exit 45/River Road in Andover. The crash was reported around 3:20 pm on Tuesday.
