VIDEO: Blizzard Descends on Andover
The Andover roads were scarce as of 4 p.m, when the governor declared all non-emergency vehicles were prohibited from driving on the roadway.
All Andover roads are now off limits to residents and other non-emergency drivers but there were still a few cars on the road as of 3:30 p.m. Friday. Take a look at a quick look at several different areas of town in this Patch Clip.
