You Can Help Andover Meet Sustainability Goals
Every Electric Utility Customer in Andover Can Participate in Meeting Town Goals plus Residential Rental Units Can Receive Free Insulation

The town of Andover is partnering with All In Energy, a nonprofit, to promote the Mass Save program as a means to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and save money for utility customers in town— single family, multi-family and small businesses. If you’re an Eversource or National Grid customer you can help Andover meet our sustainability goals with a free Mass Save assessment. Plus, for a limited time, owners of 1- to 4-unit residential buildings can receive 100% off all approved insulation for all rental units.
Energy upgrades can make buildings more comfortable, reduce maintenance costs and reduce utility bills. Buildings where insulation is combined with no-cost air sealing may also reduce inset and rodent infiltration, lower noise levels in buildings and even allow for installation of smaller HVAC systems in the future.
According to town Sustainability Coordinator Joyce Losick-Yang, the town of Andover’s overall goal for the program is to reach 565 newly weatherized households — single family, multi-family and small businesses. She added, “we hope that many of those are rental units with this limited time offer for free insulation. That insulation incentive along with in-person assessments beginning again, should help propel us forward to meeting our goals. So if you’re an Eversource or National Grid customer in Andover, please sign up for your free Mass Save assessment and you could save energy and money!”
