5 Things, Dec. 11: Quilts for Sandy Victims

Here are five things to start your day in Beverly:
1. The Crossroads Quilters Guild of Beverly will be sending quilts to a church in Tom's River to benefit Hurricane Sandy victims. Members and guests are asked to please bring a quilt, any size, and/or hats, mittens, gloves, and scarves to their Dec. 11 meeting at the Living Hope Church of the Nazarene.
2. Know a local high schooler in a cool band? The Beverly's New Year committee is looking to hire 2-3 bands to play in the 301 Gallery from 3:30 - 6:30 p.m on Dec. 31. Contact Heather at hwolsey@beverlymainstreets.org for details.

3. Kitty O'Sheas is hosting an Open Mic Night tonight. Sign up time is from 8:15-8:45, and music begins at 9.
4. Did you know, every week Franson Family Chiropractic hosts a free Weekly Wellness Workshop. Today's is being held from 12:15-1 p.m. Call 978-927-8466 to reserve a spot.
