Here are five things to start your day in Beverly:
1. A big congratulations to Beverly Firefighters Mike Kraus, Dan Bergeron, Matt Pierce, and Rob Tamilio on their graduation from the Mass Fire Academy Recruit Program. The four have been training with 65 other firefighters from around the state since Sept., learning a variety of firefighting skills including basic hazardous materials response, rope rescue response, vehicle extrication, survival on the fire ground and a host of other topics. All four have returned to their assigned groups and are working with their groups this week. Check out the photos attached, courtesy of the BFD.
2. A new yoga class is being offered this afternoon at The Healing Center. It is a Kundalini Yoga and Meditation class as taught by Yogi Bhajan. It is a lunch time class from 12:08 – 12:58 (like you ate). The first class you attend is free, and then each class is $14. Learn more about .Â
