Here are five things to start your day in Beverly:

1. This morning the Beverly Public Library is hosting  at 9 a.m. Specialty Tea Institute member Danielle Beaudette will discuss why nationally recognized doctors are promoting tea drinking for prolonged health. Danielle will also bring samples of some fall teas. The program is part of the "Monday Mornings" lecture series and takes place in the Sohier Room.

3. If you missed it, the Beverly Fire Department responded to a boat fire in Marblehead yesterday afternoon. Check out the photos here. 

4.  Congratulations to Beverly resident Victoria Lee, a member of the Bowdoin College Class of 2015. Lee was honored for academic excellence during the College's annual Sarah and James Bowdoin Day ceremony, held last month. Way to go!
