3. Save the date: On Friday Jan. 18, Beverly Public Schools will be closed to students for a staff development day.Â

Tonight the Beverly Police Community Advisory Council Meeting will be held at 7 p.m. in the Sohier Room at Beverly Public Library.  The CAC is intended to foster and facilitate communication and understanding between the Beverly Police Department and the community. It is dedicated to improving the quality of life in the city's neighborhoods.
