1. Richard Hoffman, award-winning memorist, poet, Emerson College professor, will be at Endicott College today as the first guest at the Ibbetson Street Press/Endicott College Visiting Author Series. The free event starts at 4 p.m. in the Hale Library's Little Theatre.
2. '9 TO 5: THE MUSICAL'! opened this week at the North Shore Music Theatre, and runs through Oct. 27. The musical comedy is based on the hit movie and features Dolly Parton's original hit title song, as well as a new Tony Award and Grammy-nominated score. Learn more about the show here.
