Beverly Awarded Marine Fishing Access Improvement Grant

BEVERLY, MA – Beverly was awarded a Marine Fishing Access Improvement Grant through the city's Harbor Management Authority. The grant was awarded by the Department of Fish and Game, according to the city website.

The grant – $14,850 – will go toward improving access to shoreline fishing in Obear Park. It will help install new signage, create pathways to the water, and developing a new trail to the fishing area.
