BEVERLY, MA – A fire at a Livingstone Avenue residents appears to have been knocked down, per a tweet from the Beverly Police Chief.
The Beverly Fire Department Facebook page noted that the first at 20 Livingstone Ave. was apparently in the basement and first floor around noon on Wednesday. WBZ's Jim Harrington posted video from the scene:

Beverly Police Chief John LeLacheur tweeted at 12:20 p.m. that the fire had been knocked down, shortly after it was reported.
