Beverly High School Baseball Heading to MIAA Tournament

Beverly High School's baseball team will take on Belmont Friday in the first round of the MIAA state tournament.

The game is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. in Endicott College.

Beverly, ranked 8th in the North Division 2 tournament, finished the regular season at 12-8. Belmont, the nine seed, finished the season with an 11-9 record.

The winning team will play against Gloucester Saturday afternoon.
