Four teams play in a round robin-style tournament, each playing the other once. At the end of it, the teams with the top two records advance to the state championship game, scheduled for Sunday, July 31. If two teams are tied, then records in head-to-head competition are used.

The other three teams in the tournament are Wellesley South, Pittsfield American, and Fairhaven/Aschunet. Beverly opens tourney play Thursday at 3:30 p.m., takes on Fairhaven/Aschunet Friday at 4, and has Wellesley South Saturday at 3.
