Beverly Lobsterman Fighting City to Keep Mooring
A Beverly lobsterman is currently in court trying to avoid eviction from his Beverly mooring.

A Beverly lobsterman is currently in court with the City of Beverly over keeping his mooring in Beverly over a history of late payments, according to an article in the Salem News.Â
The city is currently trying to evict lobsterman Michael Zdanowicz Sr., 61, from his Beverly Harbor mooring, which he has had for roughly two decades.Â
However, the city of Beverly claims he is "chronically" late with his mooring payments and has had multiple lapses in insurance, which puts the city at risk.Â
Zdanowicz is currently appealing the decision in Lawrence Superior Court currently to allow him to finish out the lobster season.Â
