Friday, May 16:

  • At 4:16 p.m., police responded to a domestic dispute on Essex Street.
  • At 4:48 p.m., police conducted a well-being check on Elliott Street.
  • At 7:03 p.m., police responded to a report of an overdue windsurfer.
  • At 7:20 p.m., police responded to a motor vehicle accident on Dodge Street.
  • At 7:53 p.m., police responded to a motor vehicle accident on Cabot Street.
  • At 11:12 p.m., police conducted a well-being check on Elliott Street.

Saturday, May 17:

  • At 12:02 a.m., police responded to a noise complaint on Rantoul Street.
  • At 1:09 a.m., police conducted a well-being check on Rantoul Street.
  • At 8:52 a.m., police conducted a well-being check on Rantoul Street.
  • At 3:45 p.m., police responded to a report of a past assault near the intersection of Cabot and Roundy streets.
  • At 4:15 p.m., police responded to a road rage incident near the intersection of Dodge Street and Access Road.
  • At 9:18 p.m., a man called police to report kids in his bushes on Hale Street.
  • At 11:25 p.m., police responded to a loud house party on Haskell Street.

Sunday, May 18:

  • At 2:18 a.m., police found three people sleeping in a motor vehicle on Livingstone Avenue.
  • At 12:52 p.m., police responded to a report of vandalism to a fence on Beach Street.
  • At 6:35 p.m., police responded to a motor vehicle accident on Dodge Street.
  • At 8:09 p.m., police responded to a motor vehicle accident on Essex Street.
  • At 10:26 p.m., police responded to a noise complaint on Essex Street.
  • At 10:51 p.m., police and fire units responded to a possible suicidal person on Cabot Street.

Monday, May 19:

  • At 2:09 a.m., police responded to a loud party on Cabot Street.
  • At 7:43 a.m., police responded to a past vehicle break-in on Holly Lane
  • At 9:02 a.m., police responded to a motor vehicle accident on Beckford Street.
  • At 9:57 a.m., police responded to a past attempted break-in on Cabot Street.
  • At 10:19 a.m., police responded to a past larceny on Rezza Road.
  • At 11:00 a.m., police stopped a motor vehicle on Rantoul Street. Luis A. Rosado-Serrano, 27, of 5 High St., Malden, was arrested on a charge of carrying a dangerous weapon (brass knuckles).
  • At 12:06 p.m., police made an arrest on Cabot Street.
  • At 12:31 p.m., police responded to a past larceny on Oxford Terrace.
  • At 6:19 p.m., police responded to a past assault on Cabot Street. Jean Paul Dion, 55, of 35 Cabot St., Beverly, was arrested on a charge of assault and battery.
  • At 6:56 p.m., police responded to a motor vehicle accident on Sohier Road.

Other Arrests

Daniel W. Chouinard, 33, of 324 Cabot St., Beverly, was arrested for reportedly having four outstanding warrants.

Steven J. Burke, 25, of 26 Choate St., Essex, was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license.

James E. Hogan, 44, of 42 Clement Ave., Peabody, was arrested on a charge of conspiracy to violate a drug law.

Robert A. McGonnell, 53, of 276 Rantoul St., Beverly, was arrested on charges of conspiracy to violate a drug law and illegally possessing a class B substance, subsequent offense.
