Beverly Police Arrest Lynn Woman on Slew of Charges

The following is an excerpt from the Beverly Police Department's log: 

Tuesday, May 27: 

  • At 4:50 p.m., police responded to a report of a suspicious motor vehicle on Mason Street.
  • At 4:57 p.m., police responded to an alarm on Hart Street.
  • At 7:02 p.m., police conducted a well-being check on Hale Street.
  • At 7:02 p.m., police responded to a medical emergency on Hale Street.
  • At 7:24 p.m., police responded to a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Essex and Spring streets.
  • At 7:47 p.m., police conducted a building check on Hart Street.
  • At 8:46 p.m., police responded to a medical emergency on Robb Road.
  • At 9:21 p.m., police responded to an alarm on Paine Avenue.
  • At 9:26 p.m., police conducted a well-being check near the intersection of Cabot and Water streets.
  • At 9:36 p.m., police responded to a motor vehicle accident on Rantoul Street.
  • At 10:59 p.m., police responded to a noise complaint on Pleasant Street.
  • At 11:06 p.m., police stopped a motor vehicle on Rantoul Street. Rosa L. Coloma, 25, of 910 Manor Road, Beverly, was arrested for reportedly having an outstanding warrant.
  • At 11:32 p.m., police responded to a motor vehicle accident near the intersection of Essex Street and Lake Shore Avenue.

Wednesday, May 28: 

  • At 12:30 a.m., police responded to an alarm on Elliott Street.
  • At 4:28 a.m., police responded to an alarm on Haskell Street.
  • At 6:32 a.m., police responded to a past vehicle break-in on Eastern Avenue.
  • At 6:46 a.m., police responded to a noise complaint on Park Street.
  • At 7:10 a.m., police responded to a report of a suspicious package on Enon Street.
  • At 8:43 a.m., police responded to an alarm on Deerhaven Road.
  • At 9:48 a.m., police responded to a report of suspicious activity on Woodland Avenue.
  • At 10:24 a.m., police checked on a report of squatters living in a house on Simon Street.
  • At 11:14 a.m., police responded to an alarm on Marjorie Way.
  • At 11:22 a.m., police responded to a domestic dispute on Sohier Road.
  • At 11:29 a.m., a Hale Street resident called police to report a stolen laptop computer.
  • At 2:16 p.m., police responded to a possible fight on Rantoul Street.
  • At 2:30 p.m., police responded to a report of suspicious activity on Radcliff Road.
Jennifer Morrill, 28, of 23 Sweetser St., Lynn, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, assault and battery, malicious destruction of property valued above $250, illegally possessing a class E substance, threatening to commit a crime, resisting arrest and violating the city's knife ordinance.
