Wednesday, May 28:Â
- At 4:10 p.m., police responded to a report of suspicious activity on Dodge Street.
- At 4:14 p.m., police made an arrest on Dodge Street. Joseph Timilty, 44, of 20 Sohier Road, Beverly, was arrested on charges of possessing a false RMV document, shoplifting merchandise by asportation and for reportedly having two outstanding warrants.
- At 4:59 p.m., an officer disposed of a hypodermic needle discovered near the intersection of Elliott and Rantoul streets.
- At 5:38 p.m., police responded to a panhandling complaint on Dodge Street.
- At 7:25 p.m., police conducted a well-being check on Cabot Street.
- At 7:39 p.m., police responded to a report of suspicious activity on Rantoul Street.
- At 8:16 p.m., police responded to a reported larceny on Cabot Street.
- At 2:41 a.m., police responded to an alarm on Judson Street.
- At 4:11 a.m., police responded to a medical emergency on Essex Street.
- At 6:32 a.m., police responded to an alarm on Putnam Street.
