Beverly/Salem Elks to hold annual flag day ceremony Sunday

The Beverly/Salem Elks will hold their open to the public flag day ceremony this Sunday on Bow St.

The Benevolent and Protected Order of Elks is distinctively American and intensely patriotic. The American Flag is the cornerstone of every Elks Structure. The Elks is one of the only organizations that has made Flag Day a mandatory ceremony.


Come join the Beverly Salem Elks for our annual observation of the American Flag. You will learn the history of the flag from the very first one to the flag of today. All the fun takes place starting this Sunday the 17th at 10:30am.

The event is open to the public.
