Beverly Snow Emergency Parking Ban For Super Bowl Sunday Storm
The snow emergency parking ban begins at noon on Sunday.

BEVERLY, MA — Beverly residents will have to get their cars off the streets ahead of the big game.
Beverly Commissioner of Public Services and Engineering Michael Collins said the ban begins at noon and could run for up to 24 hours. There is no parking allowed on any city streets with all violators subjected to ticketing and possible towing.
Residents can park in municipal lots with rates applying during normal business hours. The MBTA garage at Rantoul Street is available at a discounted rate after 10 a.m. on Sunday. Short-term parking is available, but overnight parking is not.

Residents are asked to clear out fire hydrants, shovel sidewalks, not dump snow into the street and remove any basketball hoops from the street.
The Super Bowl Sunday storm is expected to bring between 3 and 6 inches of snow to the North Shore starting midday Sunday and running through the early evening.
