Beverly's Cabot Street To Close To Traffic Wednesday Night
The Department of Transportation said the temporary detours will occur on Cabot Street at the intersection of Dodge Street and County Way.
BEVERLY, MA — It could be slow going in the area of Cabot Street Wednesday night as the state Department of Transportation implements detours and lane closures as part of an intersection pavement replacement.
MassDOT said the work will occur on Cabot Street northbound and southbound at the intersection with Dodge Street and County Way. The lane closures will begin about 7 p.m. and last through 5 a.m. Thursday morning
MassDOT said Cabot Street from Dodge Street to Tremont Street will be temporarily closed during this operation to place full depth roadway pavement at this intersection.

Traffic southbound on Cabot Street will be detoured onto Tremont Street, then left onto Ellsworth Street and then on to County Way and back to Cabot Street.
Traffic heading northbound on Cabot Street will be detoured onto Dodge Street, then left onto Conant Street and back onto Cabot Street.
