Kansas City Confidential spins a tale about four robbers held up in an armor truck, trying to make off with over a million bucks in cold hard cash. A delivery driver accused of involvement in the heist must set his sights on discovering who set him up to exact his revenge. His journey takes him down the dark road of police corruption and contract killers, all the way to Mexico. The film, according to The Film Detective, was the inspiration for Quentin Tarrantino's Reservoir Dogs.
