Police arrested Marie Lilliana Palomo, 23, of Railroad Avenue in Beverly and charged her with disorderly conduct.

Police arrested Carlos Rodriguez-Torres, 38, of Union Street in Lynn and charged him with a marked lanes violation, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, and registration not in possession.

At 11:15 p.m., there was a report of a loud argument on Rantoul Street.

Saturday, April 30

At 9:41 a.m., there was a report of a heroin overdose on Lyman Street.

At 10:28 a.m., a parked car was hit by another vehicle on Cabot Street.

At 11:26 a.m., there was a report of simple assault on Cabot Street.

At 12:16 p.m., there was a report of a larceny on School Street.

At 5:25 p.m., there was a report of a sick raccoon on Rezza Road.

At 6:53 p.m., there was a report of a man yelling and screaming on Cabot Street.

Sunday, May 1

At 1:01 a.m., there was a report of a man exposing himself in a store on Brimbal Avenue. He was transported for a mental health evaluation.

At 1:16 a.m., there as a motor vehicle accident with property damage on Cabot Street.
