Jimmy tingle makes then flock to the larcom for nothing but laughs!
A large crowd turns out to see former 60 Minutes II star Jimmy Tingle perform at the Larcom Theatre in Beverly Massachusetts.
On a day when The Salem News published an article wondering if both The Larcom Theatre and The Cabot Street Center for Performing Arts could co-exists. The Larcom Theatre really delivered a great show in front of a large crowd of over 200 for former 60 Minutes II star Jimmy Tingle. All awhile down the street The Cabot packed a house of over 300 to see star Steve Sweeney.
The Larcom crowd was entertained however by such an amazing performer with just an amazing act. Jimmy Tingle who is the Executive Director for his non-profit Humor for Humanity entertained the crowd with his great style of pop culture events to real life experiences of growing up in Cambridge Massachusetts. One of the unique things that Jimmy Tingle did during his show was right after intermission he opened up the floor for questions from the audience which brought many great questions including “Would you ever consider a divorce?” and of course Jimmy had a great answer and that was “Not at the moment I am happily married for 18 years but is anyone else in the crowd looking to mingle with someone new?” Another question from the audience was “What was your opinion on the deflategate Patriots situation?” and Jimmy answered that by saying “what other sport out there allows each team to bring their own balls? Because if that was me I would bring my own balls to every thing that I do on a daily basis.”
The show closed with a great tribute to why he does comedy and what his mission in life is. Jimmy taught the audience about his new non-profit Humor for Humanity. He has decided to dedicate his life to helping non profits and the crowd really seemed interested and really wanted to support him with this great idea.
