LETTER: Leaving My Post as Beverly's Local Editor

Beverly Patchers:

I have some bittersweet news to share: this is my last week as Beverly Patch's Local Editor. 

The good news, for me, is that I'm not saying goodbye to Beverly or Patch at all!

In my new position as one of Patch's community editors, my role will be taking on user engagement and social media on several North Shore and Boston Patch sites, including Beverly.

Starting Monday, March 25, Bobby Gates will be leading the way as Beverly Patch's Local Editor. Bobby's a Beverly resident who's covered the community before: I'm confident you're in good hands! 

As for me, whether there's an important an announcement you'd love to post on the site, or you're interested in blogging but aren't sure where to begin, I'll still be there to guide you along. 

I'll also continue to handle Beverly Patch's Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram pages, chatting with groups who are looking to learn more about Beverly Patch, and teaming up with local businesses, politicians, and residents who want to be featured. 

Beverly Patch has grown quite a bit in the six months we've been around, and it's thanks to each and every one of you who's shared your stories, uploaded your events and announcements, and been a voice in our community. 

I'm looking forward to continuing to serve you and make Beverly Patch a stronger resource for our community!
