Man Charged With 2nd OUI After Allegedly Riding on Rims Behind School
A Beverly man was charged with his second OUI, based on information provided by the Peabody Police Department.

A Beverly man has been charged with a second offense of driving under the influence of alcohol over the weekend after somebody called Peabody police about a car driving on its rims.
Somebody told police that a a black Jeep riding on two rims drove behind Bishop Fenwick High School on Margin Street at about 3:33 a.m. on Sunday.
Cody Johnson, 24, of 15 Scenna Road in Beverly ended up being arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol (second offense). The vehicle ended up being a blue 2010 Jeep Wrangler.
