The obituary for Lillian (Theriault) Blasi, 89, of Beverly.
Lillian (Theriault) Blasi, 89, of Beverly, formerly of Salem and Peabody, passed Thursday evening in the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers. She was the wife of the late Lawrence Blasi. Born in Salem, Lillian was the daughter of the late Henry and Alma (Beaulieu) Theriault. After graduating High School, Lillian attended Salem State College before working as a bookkeeper at Salem OBGYN. Lillian was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her family. She loved listening to music and reading and was a wonderful cook.
Lillian is survived by her sons, Dana Blasi and his companion, Providenza Barry of Revere, Lawrence Blasi and his life partner, Teresa Ambrosino of Beverly, and Paul Blasi and his wife, Mary of Kingston, Mass.; her sisters, Yvonne Martin of Salem, and Eleanor Tarnowski of Peabody and her six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Along with her husband, Lawrence, who passed in 1986, Lillian was predeceased by a sister, Alma Prettink.
ARRANGEMENTS: Her funeral will be held from Berube & Sons Funeral Home, 191 Lafayette St., (Route 1A/114), Salem, Tuesday at 9 a.m., followed by a funeral Mass in the Immaculate Conception Church, Hawthorne Blvd, Salem at 10 a.m. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Salem. Relatives and friends are invited to visiting hours Monday 4 to 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Care Dimensions Kaplan House, 75 Sylvan St., Danvers, MA 01923.
