Police Handcuff Drunk Drummer After Playing at 3 a.m.

The following is an excerpt from the Beverly Police Department activity logs:
Saturday, July 13

• 5:41 a.m. a caller reported a door that was smashed on Cabot Street. 
• 7:36 a.m. a caller reported a break-in to a motor vehicle on Landers Drive. 
• 10:10 a.m. a caller reported a fight between three males on Cabot Street. The issue turned out to be an argument over a check and the individuals were not fighting. 
• 2:24 p.m. a caller reported simple assault on Hale Street. 
• 2:30 p.m. a caller reported that a man exposed himself on May Street. 
• 3:32 p.m. a runaway child was reported on Standley Street. 
• 7:10 p.m. a caller reported a two-car accident with no injuries on Bridge Street. 
• 8:58 p.m. a caller on Bresnahan Court reported that somebody spray-painted his house. 
• 11:37 p.m. a hit and run motor vehicle accident with property damage was reported on Elliott Street. 

• 2:54 a.m. a caller reported a loud music in the area of Pleasant Street. Police responded and found a man playing the drums to a very loud stereo. The man, who was intoxicated, was uncooperative at first and police placed him in handcuffs. He then calmed down and the handcuffs were taken off.
• 10:55 a.m. vandalism was reported on Echo Avenue. 
• 11:04 a.m. a rock was thrown through a car window on Overlook Avenue.
