Resident-Only Restrictions Lifted At Beverly Beaches, Parks
As of this week, non-residents are allowed to attend Beverly beaches and park for free.

BEVERLY, MA — Beverly parks and beaches are now open to more than Beverly residents in time for visitors to enjoy some fall weather in the city.
There is no fee to park at Lynch Park and the "resident only" signs by the waterfront will be removed over the course of the upcoming week.
Beverly closed Rice's Beach in May after police were called about overcrowding for the second time in as many days. The small beach is located near Lynch Park.

Beverly officials said at the time it would limit parking at the park, Dane Street Beach and Obear Park to Beverly residents in hopes of helping the city comply with state social-distancing guidelines for beaches and recreation areas.
