Saint Mary's Rings Bells for Newtown, CT. Today

St. Mary's on Cabot Street will ring the bells today at 9:30 a.m.

The Archdiocese of Boston has invited parishes to participate in a ringing of the bells at 9:30 a.m. today, in recognition of the victims in the Newtown shooting.

Last week at that time, a 20-year-old man . 

Saint Mary Star of the Sea Parish at 253 Cabot St. is one of the churches participating. Immaculate Conception in Everett and St. Columbkille will also ring the bells in remembrance.
