When Will Beverly Collect Old Christmas Trees?

Now that we've said goodbye to Christmas, getting the tree out of the house can be a bit of a pain.

While some wait til the new year approaches, others have the tree waiting by the curb on Dec. 26. 

In Beverly, Christmas trees will be collected on your trash day during the week of Jan. 9, 2013. Trees must be free of tinsel, plastic and skirting.

For trash pickup this week, trash collections are delayed one day after holiday pccurs. So, for those who typically get their trash picked up on Wednesday, it will now be picked up on Thursday. Friday’s pickup will be on Saturday this week.
