Woman Tells Police She Felt Threatened At McDonalds

Friday, Nov. 2
- A person reported receiving several harrassing phone calls on Hale Street at 11:54 a.m.Â
- Police responded to neighbors fighting on Sohier Road at 2:04 p.m. The argument was reported to be over designated parking spaces. Peace was restored.Â
- An domestic assault was reported on Federal Street at 4 p.m.Â
- Owners of a house on Gardner Street said it was broken into at 10:33 p.m.
- A jeep was broken into on Cabot Street at 11:34 p.m.Â

- Police saw a man sleeping in his vehicle parked on Cabot Street at 2:45 a.m. When police spoke to him he told them he was tired. Police secured his vehicle and transported him home.Â
- An accident involving a police cruiser was reported at 2:57 a.m.
- At 11:52 a.m. police were called to McDonalds on report of a woman feeling 'threatened'. Police reports state the woman's husband was unhappy with the service they had received and caused a disturbance in the store. The staff told the two to leave and not return. Police determined no threats had been made.Â
- Police were called to Elliott Street on report of three youths fighting at 2:46 p.m. Police found the boys, who said they were just fooling around, and there was no fighting.Â
- Police were called to Thissell Street on report of someone possibly lurking in a yard at 8:20 p.m. The homeowner told police the dog had been barking at the door and seemed out of place. Police searched the grounds but did not locate anyone.Â
Sunday, Nov. 4
- Police were called to Story Avenue on report of a possible domestic dispute at 1:08 a.m. When police arrived at the residence, there was only one person at the house, and he/she was advised to keep the noise down.Â
- Police received report of possible vandalism at a Cabot Street residence at 11:57 a.m. Police spoke with neighbors, who said the damage was not vandalism, but rather damage from the storm.Â
- Police were called to Mill Street at 5:47 p.m. on report of a man yelling at children. When police arrived they spoke to the family, and all appeared to be fine.Â
