BEVERLY, MA – The Rantoul Street/Route 1A project continues next week with work on Elliott Street, Railroad Avenue, and Kittridge Crossing. Here's the construction schedule according to the City of Beverly, plan your routes accordingly:
From Monday, April 3, to Friday, April 7:
- M-F: Excavate for cable and install able at Kittridge Crossing.
- M-W: Install drainage Federal St to Creek St.
- M-F: Assemble lights and set on foundations in Phases 2, 3 and 4.
- M-F: Excavate sidewalks and drives on Elliott Street.
- M-W: Lower mainholes and water gate boxes in Phase 5 section.
- Th-F: Install fire hydrants.
- Th-F: Paint crosswalks and stop bars at Railroad Ave.
- Th-F: Switch signals from flash at Railroad Ave.
