Nonprofit Thrift Store Benefitting Falmouth Hospital Reopens

You can buy housewares, linens, clothing and accessories, jewelry, collectibles, games and books, while supporting Falmouth Hospital.

FALMOUTH, MA — Falmouth Hospital Auxiliary's thrift store reopened Thursday for the first time since the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic.

The nonprofit thrift shop, located at 432 Palmer Ave., is now open for customers again from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., on Thursday, Fridays and Saturdays.

Staffed entirely by volunteers, the shop has been reorganized and refreshed to offer a wide selection of housewares, linens, clothing and accessories, jewelry, collectibles, games and books.

The Falmouth Hospital Thrift Shop is a nonprofit organization, donating 100 percent of its proceeds to benefit Falmouth Hospital. Credit, debit or cash are accepted.

Donations of gently worn clothing and used items in excellent condition are accepted during the shop’s regular business hours. Anyone who wishes to donate can call 508-457-7799 to schedule and appointment. The shop cannot accept baby clothing or equipment, toys, furniture, or electronics.
