Police Find Falmouth Man Reported Missing

Police said Juan Fernandez, 61, went missing from a group home in Falmouth. He was last seen around 9 a.m., Tuesday, in Hyannis.

FALMOUTH, MA — UPDATE- Falmouth police said Juana Fernandez was found.

Falmouth police have asked for the public's help finding an at-risk man who went missing.

Police said Juan Fernandez, 61, went missing from a group home in Falmouth Tuesday. He was last seen around 9 a.m., in Hyannis.

He is 5-foot, 9 inches and weighs about 220 pounds. Police said Fernandez was wearing a light blue shirt and gray sweatpants.

Anyone with information about Fernandez's whereabouts is asked to call Falmouth police at 774-255-4527.
