Co-Founder Karin Friday of Knockouts Haircuts For Men chats with Patch about their one-of-a-kind company and its place in the community.

Knockouts was started in 2003 in Texas by Tom and Karin Friday, a married couple who had the goal of creating a great place for men to go for their haircare and grooming needs. They began franchising in 2004 and currently have 52 salon locations around the country. The Framingham Knockouts opened in 2007 and has been operating successfully since then.

Friday: We measure success two ways. First of all, we closely look at our hairstylist retention and the quality of our staff. Second we evaluate customer retention. If our customers are satisfied with their service they come back and that is success to us!
