2 Arrested In Framingham By Drug Task Force
Local police seized about 100 prescription opioid pills after serving a search warrant this week.
FRAMINGHAM, MA — Members of the MetroWest Drug Task Force arrested two people this week after serving a search warrant, Framingham police said Friday morning.
After serving the warrant, police seized about 100 prescription opioid pills and about $6,000 in cash, Framingham police reported.
Framingham police identified Christian Cruz, of Central Street, as one of the two arrested. Cruz was charged with distribution of class B drugs, resisting arrest and conspiracy to violate drug laws.

The MetroWest Drug Task Force comprises investigators from the Natick and Framingham police departments.
